Causes of impotence in young men

Stress
Stress can have a profound effect on the body. Even the young men, current stress can wreak havoc on sexual health and be associated with impotence. Here are some of life's problems that can cause considerable stress for young people: building a career, loans, peer pressure, family pressure, financial difficulties.

Hormonal problems
Some young people may have unusual levels of hormones that can affect their sexual health. Soy lowers testosterone levels and sperm, according to a study from the Harvard School of Public Health. Some men who regularly drink soy milk found that the level of testosterone decreases as consumption of soy products. Soy products contain estrogen (female hormone).

Cycling
Traditional bicycle saddle "with a narrow rear and a sharp nose, play an important role in sexual impotence," says the New York Times. Impotence may occur due to pressure on the artery and nerve endings in the crotch area, which ultimately reduces the blood flow to the penis. Cycling can lead to a groin injury, which creates a "small calcifying masses inside the scrotum." The more a person rides a bike, the higher the risk of impotence. Dr. Irwin Goldstein, a urologist in Boston, told the New York Times, "There are only two types of male cyclists - those who are already weak, and those who will be impotent."

Smoking
Nicotine causes narrowing in the arteries, which makes blood flow to the penis. Ultimately this may lead to erectile dysfunctions. Smoking also increases the overall risk of damage to health.

Diabetes
Diabetes can lead to damage of the arteries and nerves. This will affect the ability of the blood to enter the penis properly.

Low sex drive
Low sex drive can lead to ED. There are many reasons for low sex drive. This may be due to sexual abuse in childhood, lack of energy, fatigue.
